Course Objectives This course is designed to provide students fundamental knowledge and practical skills for analyzing human behaviors in both profit and nonprofit organizations from multidisciplinary point of view. Global implication is also adapted for student’s future international business career.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will be able to define individual level concepts such as personality traits, attitude, values and motivation in an organziational setting
  • Will be able to define group level concepts such as groups, teams, leadership and politics in an organziational setting.
  • Will learn to make decisions on issues which are related to interpersonal, team and organizational dimensions.
Course Description This course covers topics such as personality traits and work value, motivation, groups and teams, leadership and power and politics & conflict and negotiation.
